Epoxy floor coatings are often specified into the construction of new commercial and industrial buildings. Another floor that's becoming more and more popular in commercial spaces is Polished Concrete. If you're main goal is durability and aren't concerned with chemical resistance, polished & dyed concrete is often the best choice.
