Premium ESD Flooring with Carbon Nano Tube Technology

SL-45n is our latest technology in ESD epoxy floor coatings, adding durability and a smooth, glassy, high-end finish.  If you are looking to add beauty and functionality to your  space, SL-45n is a great option where ESD and aesthetics are required.  

This 45-50 mil self leveling ESD system uses carbon nanotubes (CNT's) to create a web of electrostatic qualities to floor surfaces.  Designed to be used in combination with ESD foot-ware, equipment, chairs, and the like, SL-45n allows personnel to safely work in ESD sensitive environments without building up electrostatic charges that could be harmful to sensitive equipment and electronic components.  This floor coating has excellent durability with a high-end finish that is easy to clean and maintain.  No waxing required.   

The CNT top coat makes repairs a breeze that most maintenance staff can take on with confidence.  Just tape off the damaged area, sand, and touch it up!  The patched area will read even better than it did before.

SL-45n is compliant with all recommended guidelines for static-control flooring in an ESD-Protected Area per ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014, and meets most DOD and military standards (please call for verification). 

SL-45n can be ordered in two different resistant ranges:  

1.0 x 10E6 – 1.0 x 10E9 Ω (dissipative) -no ground plane needed

2.5 x 10E4 – 1.0 x 10E6 Ω (conductive) - installed over ground plane
